Return of the Bob: update on life.

I quit posting in this, and my training logs cause life got in the way. I'll get more into all that in a second. First let me catch you up on my competitive life, and training. Since I left I have competed in three powerlifting meets one being a pro show where I totaled 1700, and the other set an all time deadlift pr of 705.5lbs. The third was deadlift only for charity. I've also competed in 4 strongman competitions which is where my heart is at. I've qualified for NAS nationals the past two years in a row. In one week I compete in Sequim, Wa. I've currently been dabbling in grip work, and unofficially tied the world record double overhand axle deadlift of 523lbs. I am thinking about spending my long off season training grip to attempt to take the world record. Since I stopped posting here my life went in the shitter. In October 2013 my fiance left me, and threw me out on my ass, and as a stay at home parent I was literally on my ass. Luckily some friends let me move in if I watched her kid for her. While living there I managed to fix my relationship with my fiance (or so I thought). I left there to move back into my house, but after I moved out she changed her mind, and I was forced to live in my car for a couple months. I found work while I was in my car, and still tried desperately to fix my relationship once again I thought I had succeeded, and we got an apartment together. That apparently wasn't meant to be. But from there I've worked my ass off to rebuild my life, and get back on track competitively. I'm stronger than ever before, and happier, and I'm ready to make a real push to be the best version of me I can be.
